An Introduction To Hand Therapy Massage

This fun 1 day course will provide practical introduction to Hand Therapy Massage for students with little or no knowledge or experience of massage. Students should be prepared to have other students practice on them.

Hand therapy massage is easy to learn and is a relaxing massage to give a loved one, family member, friend or colleague.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• List the benefits of hand therapy massage
• Perform basichand therapy massage techniques
• Perform a 10 minute treatment on a fellow student

What you need to know before you enrol:

You must be able to stand comfortably for approximately 30 minutes. Students must be prepared to have another student practice on them. All techniques must be carried out in accordance with the tutor’s instructions for health and safety reasons.
