​Any adult (18 or over) who is interested in exploring touch and massage; considering a career change; looking for personal development from a practical and exciting learning opportunity, is welcome. We offer small group learning and have a high student to teacher ratio of 1 tutor to 8-12 students.
The programme will include:
Effective body use for minimising strain
Massage techniques built on intention and touch presence
Working with a partner including shoulders, back, legs, arms and face
Varied and appropriate touch using different parts of our hands and forearms
Working on a massage table, the floor and in a chair
Safe working conditions and considering consent
