We offer a whole range of professional practitioner courses Accredited through Professional Beauty Direct & The Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists. These are half day, one day & 2 days depending on the course.

The School carries out courses from our training centre in Luton, Bedfordshire and all the training staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. All of our courses are designed to be learner centred, fun and innovative and guarantee you an exceptionally high standard of training by fully qualified tutors, so whichever course you choose you can do so in complete confidence that it will be delivered by highly professional staff in small class sizes, in surroundings that are conducive to learning.
The courses we offer range from beginners and refreshers through to advanced courses, and age ranges from young to mature students.
We recognise that after care is a vital part of training and the Academy will offer a full follow up service on completion of your course. That is, if there is anything you are unclear about or need further help with, we are happy to speak to you and clear up any issues you may have. As part of this aftercare the Academy offers you a comprehensive reference manual covering all aspects of the material learned during your course.
As we are an NVQ and VTCT training centre, we are able to offer a full range of NVQ and VTCT qualifications in Beauty, Nails and Holistics. This is a vital level of qualification should you wish to open a salon or work wider afield. NVQs are also sought-after qualification in Spas, Hotels, Cruise Ships and High Street Salons.
The Bedfordshire Beauty Academy courses are recognised by leading industry insurance Companies and are fully accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists, Professional Beauty Direct, and VTCT. Diplomas will be awarded on successful completion of your course which will enable you to gain insurance and to commence work legally in the public sector.
You will receive your ‘Bedfordshire Beauty Academy’ diploma on completion of your course. This will qualify you in your chosen courses/courses which are recognised by leading insurance companies and government licensing departments to work in the industry. If you are not already insured we can supply you with insurance details after you have completed your course.

The VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for Complementary Therapies is a knowledge-based qualification which will provide you with a sound foundation to pursue a career as a complementary therapist.
This qualification will enhance your knowledge and understanding of the organisation of the body, its structure, function and also the pathologies of the skin, hair and nails.
Modules can be offered either individually or collectively if you have had your first degree evaluated by the IBMS and require further Top-up studies in order to complete the educational requirement for IBMS accreditation.
