Course Introduction:

Android Application Development is a 16 weeks course that provides the required knowledge and skills to design and build a complete Android™ application. It delivers extensive training on the main Android SDK components and its interactions. The course includes topics compatible with all Android versions up to Android 12. The course consists of 12 lessons; the first couple of focus on programming fundamentals for candidates who do not have enough programming background. The other lessons focus on how to create Android applications from the beginner to the advanced level. The Android Application Development course includes: practical exercises and labs, easy to understand lesson plans, and is instructed by our fully qualified Instructors.

This Android Application Development course is adequate to provide trainees with the required knowledge and practical skills to be Android application developers. This course is mapped for Android™ Application Development exam, version 12 (exam code: AND-X01 ATC exam.

 

Prerequisite:

There is no requirement of programming experience before joining this course. Individuals must have ability to use computer with ease and good typing skills.

SQA’s PDA Exam:

On the completion of this course you can sit in the PDA Software Development SCQF Level 7 exam and by passing it you get your Personal Development Award (PDA) certificate from SQA.

This course is based on PDA Software Development at SCQF Level 7. The program also offers a number of shorter curricula which are related to SQA associated Units. These are also assessed by means of restricted response questions and projects and so can give credit transfer to complete units. Learner can earn up to 48 credits upon passing all exams accordingly.
