In our anxiety workshop, clients will learn about the different types of anxiety and how to manage symptoms, including panic attacks, obsessive-thinking, and phobias.

For example, clients may learn about the role of negative thoughts in anxiety and how to challenge and reframe them. They may also practice relaxation techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation or mindfulness meditation to help reduce anxiety in the moment.
