App Development (Level 1)

In App Development Level 1, kids will learn to create an app by using HTML to build the interface of the app, CSS to add a style to the app interface, and JavaScript to add the functionality to the app interface.

Kids will master all the commands of CSS and JavaScript through using RoboGarden App Builder which will also help them to share their apps with their friends and stimulate their creativity.

Today, everything is provided to the user through mobile applications or websites, and since we now live in the world of engineering and technology, building an app became like structuring a building.

To structure a building, you must first design it before moving to the construction phase, which comes in the specified space that the architect needs to work through in order to determine the number of floors, apartments, and rooms in each building.

This is the same when it comes to creating an app; your child will be given a specific criterion to work with and must determine the best approach in order to build this app.

In App Camps Level 1, kids will be using HTML to build the interface of the app, CSS to add a style to the app interface that is created through using HTML, and JavaScript in order to add functionality to the app interface that is built using HTML and styled with using CSS.

RoboGarden App Builder will be used in this stage in order to verify the effect of the commands of CSS and JavaScript on the style and functionality of the app; your child will go through different missions until he/she masters all the commands of CSS and JavaScript. Kids will use RoboGarden App Builder in order to create a series of apps and share them with their friends.

App Camps Level 1 will give your child the chance to use the app builder to create his/her own app and share it with his/her friends to enhance it according to the feedback he/she receives. RoboGarden App Builder helps in stimulating your child’s creativity.
