The St. John’s Status of Women Council/Women’s Centre is a feminist organization that since 1972 is continually working to achieve equality and justice through political activism, community collaboration and the creation of a safe and inclusive space for all women and gender-diverse people in the St. John’s area.

Become a mental health champion, build positive coping skills and resilience and help us create a community of caring, all while earning your degree.
During this series, Speech-language pathologists and Assistants, as well as Communicative Disorders Assistants will learn about trauma-informed care and how to apply it to speech, language and communication work with young children.
This general survey course provides students with an understanding of the basic concepts and the techniques of modern psychology as a behavioural science.
This course we will look at an interdisciplinary approach to help students gain knowledge and understanding of mental health conditions evident today.
