This course is suitable for anyone working in construction or construction related activities, including owner builders and renovators. Also suggested for those with a trade including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, pest control, etc, who may come into contact with materials containing asbestos in their day to day work.

Identifying relevant OHS/WHS legislation that applies to asbestos
Explaining what asbestos is and where is it has commonly been used
Identifying likely asbestos containing material
Knowing health effects of exposure to asbestos
Identifying when a license is required when removing asbestos
