A half-day course giving delegates a greater understanding of the qualities, effects and dangers of contact with asbestos. Delegates will be able to understand and recognise different types of asbestos and the health effects and also how to avoid the risks of asbestos and the legal framework surrounding this.
This course is for those who may work in buildings containing asbestos, but who will not be removing the material. This course is aimed at anyone employed in a construction or refurbishment project.
