Informing workers of the safe work procedures is of utmost importance when performing work with or simply working around asbestos materials. Workers must know associated risks and safe handling procedures.
Businesses are required to train workers who will be performing work with Asbestos and those who may require training and knowledge due to risks associated when working near or around “ACM” Asbestos Containing Material.
Our course will give workers knowledge through a detailed and comprehensive training by one of our experienced trainers.
Trainees will be given a theory test that will reflect all the relevant information required with Asbestos Awareness Training.

Our instructors have trained over 6500 employees and conducted over 1500 training classes including: forklift operator certification, aerial work platform certification, working at heights designation, fall protection certification, transportation of dangerous goods certification,
WHMIS 2015 (GHS) designation, overhead crane certification, accessibility certification, train the trainer certification, truck mounted crane certification and battery/propane handling instruction.
We carry the designation of factory trained by Raymond Corporation, Skyjack Inc, Working at Heights approved by the Chief Prevention Officer and WHMIS 2015.

Low, Medium & High Angle Rescue course is offered by DSC Safety Services.
Participants will gain the knowledge and understanding of health and safety and the law, workplace health and safety, workplace inspections and incident investigations. Participants will also gain an understanding of the function/duties of Safety Committee Representatives and Committee members.
This course provides students a basic understanding of forklift operation, maintenance and load handling. It will also cover relevant federal and provincial legislative requirements applicable to the workplace.
Developed by Enbridge and Union Gas, the course covers natural gas awareness, legislative requirements, connection of heaters to the gas meter and safe operating procedures for natural gas construction heaters up to 400,000 BTU's.
This safety training course is designed to meet Part 5 of the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act.
