Achieving successful working relationships with colleagues, managers or clients is not always easy. Many people fall into the trap of aggressive behaviour that results in antagonism.
This Assertiveness and Self Confidence Training Course empowers people with the confidence to be “heard”. You will also learn enhance and develop techniques to communicate politely and assertively without being pushy.
Being assertive is completely different from being aggressive. By the end of this programme participants will have worked through the skills needed to handle a variety of real life situations which require them to use their assertiveness.
