Delegates will be able to
Learn and recognise the difference between aggressive and passive behaviour and to understand how both styles impact on relationships.
Learn how assertiveness can enhance relationships and learn how to adopt this behaviour in to their own lives.
Understand and adapt their body language to enhance their relationship building skills.
Learn how to respond in situations where they may previously have simply answered ‘yes’
Learn and adopt methods to deal with conflict, criticism and people in general
The course is a full day course and will be divided in to four parts, with each session consisting of 90 minutes. Full delegate resources will be required.
