I am a fully qualified and insured Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, Meditation Teacher, as well as an Energy Alchemist, Law of Vibration Teacher and Transformational Life Coach. I work privately with my clients in person or online from the beautiful Historic City of St Albans in Hertfordshire in the UK. 

Over the years, I’ve helped so many people to feel better, create a more positive mindset, and successfully achieve their goals - be it work or personal goals - and deal with issues including anxiety, stress, feeling low, overcoming fears, limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, bereavement, to lack of confidence, lack of motivation, and a lack of energy.   

The process of healing and transforming others is my true passion in life - the fabric of who I am - and I love helping each & everyone of my clients to overcome life's obstacles and feel great!
