Paradise is based in a converted farm on the historical Althorp Estate, 2 miles north of Northampton. We service local businesses in Northamptonshire, the Midlands and nationally throughout the UK.
This places us conveniently in the heart of the UK, with roads to the north and south (M1), west (M6) and east (A14), as well as being on the main railway line with Northampton station only 5 minutes from the office. See a map here.
North Kent Training Service offers training for organisations across all sectors and individual learners in Kent, Medway and the South East. Courses include First Aid, Food Safety, Health and Safety and Business skills such as Time Management, Communication Skills and Management.
In doing so they can develop and adapt effective skills to help them manage their performance both personally and professionally in a range of different situations.
It made me think that assertiveness means different things to different people. For me it simply means achieving that balance of articulating clearly and concisely what we need or want whilst being mindful of the needs and wants of others.
Assertive behaviour is a core skill, helping teams function well and ensuring they are efficient and effective: whilst differences of opinion are healthy, angry disagreements are not.
To develop a good understanding of how to take influencing to the next level by optimising aspects of personal image, charismatic communication, assertiveness and other behaviours utilised by key influencers.
