My Assertiveness Goals
A chance for the participants to review what they want to get out of the session and where they would like to end up with regard to their approach to assertiveness.
How Assertiveness Works
A look at human reactions and the reasoning behind them culminating in an activity that looks at the participants own observations in relation to assertive behaviour.

All of our training sessions are run for one customer at a time - we don't do public courses. Mostly, it's for groups of 4 or 5 people at a time, though we're happy teaching up to 10 people at once, or individuals if required.

We think people learn more effectively in a relaxed, informal atmosphere - so you'll find our instructors to be friendly and approachable. If there's something you don't understand, just ask. We're there to help!
This course is for anyone whose answers to these questions are “yes”. Delegates will learn how to boost their confidence and express themselves assertively.
In our experience this is often a very misunderstood behaviour and is often confused with aggression. We are not born assertive and the behaviour does not come naturally to most people.
