NCPS (Accredited), Adv Dip Couns, Cert Life Coach
I am the founder of Kent Anger Management (KARM) and have worked in the field for 30 years.
I am an anger manager, accredited counsellor (NCPS), child counsellor (working in Primary schools), life coach (TNC), family mediator (nonpracticing), and group/course facilitator. I abide by the code of ethics of the NCPS, use the 'Humanistic' model and regularly attend Supervision and CPD workshops. One of my main ambitions is for better outcomes for families and especially children - seeds sown now will hopefully help to bring positive changes in the future.
This course is for those who would like to develop their confidence and assertiveness in the workplace. It explores different contexts and offers practical tools to develop individuals to communicate and deal with a range of situations more effectively.
This course is intended for anyone lacking confidence in themselves or having difficulty in communicating with others. Be it in a meeting, or a one to one basis, you may feel “put upon” or just find it hard to say “no”.
MRT Group is an independent consulting, development and training company, offering a wide range of training, development, coaching and facilitation.
This course concentrates on developing the knowledge and skills required to project a positive and self-assured image and how to use assertiveness to build rapport and gain co-operation.
This course is suitable for anybody who finds it difficult to express what they feel or what they want in a suitable way. This can be useful in work situations, relationships, making complaints asking for what you want, hearing what others want.
