This course will help you feel more confident in how your handle your colleagues, your manager and your customers.
You will feel more comfortable in how to influence people as well as addressing areas of concern inside and outside of your organisation. At the end of the course you will have developed an action plan to help you apply what you have learnt from the day.
Our small group training courses allow for plenty of time to discuss specific challenges.
We Also Offer The Option Of Virtual Training/Coaching.

This 1 day course delivered by Welsh Womens Aid will define assertiveness and help participants understand the implications of using non-assertive behaviour in various situations. Human rights issues and barriers to using assertiveness techniques will be identified.
Assertiveness training is about boosting your self-esteem and building personal confidence.
The one day programme develop assertiveness thourgh and understanding behavior patterns and preferences self awarness adn practice of behavirol skills.
