Through the Hospitality Management program, you will have the unique opportunity to participate in field excursions throughout the county and cultivate the skills you need to make important connections with future colleagues and clients in your hospitality career.
Your coursework—taught by industry professionals—will cover hospitality topics such as human resources, financial accounting, sales and marketing, and law, as well as specialty classes in food and beverage, lodging and resorts, and meetings and conventions management.
Upon completion of your certificate, you will be better positioned to progress in your career and seek employment within many hotel, event, and food and beverage professions.
