Malsec Practitioners Sdn Bhd (MALSEC) is a privately owned company based in Klang Valley, Malaysia. MALSEC core business is organizing events, courses, seminars, conferences, talks, workshops, providing training service consultancy relating to security for business and government institutions. MALSEC competitive edge in training lies in the incorporation of current security theories into training programs and experiential activities delivered by qualified facilitators.

The training and consultancy expertise within MALSEC is built on a solid base of competency. The facilitators (subject matter experts) are professionals and practitioners who are in key management positions and in related disciplines at established organizations across a wide array of services and industries such as manufacturing, financial institutions, retail, food & hospitality industry, communications, transportation, port facilities and plantations for Malaysia.

The company is a certified training provider under SBL scheme issued by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB Reg -0714) and also a registered Contractor with Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia (ref: ******15).

The Principal Consultant of this company has participated at the various stages of developing the Malaysia National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS) Security and Safety (level 1-3) with Majlis Latihan Vokesional Kebangsaan (MLVK). He was also certified for Persijilan Kemahiran (PPK) and Pentauliahan Pencapaian Terdahulu (PPT) in 2002.

MALSEC works in collaboration with Secretariat Latihan Kemahiran Angkatan Tentera MINDEF in conducting Certificate in Security Management since 2003. In 2009, this company has been awarded a contract to conduct a Six-Month Transition Program on Security Supervisors for Perbadanan Hal Ehwal Angkatan Tentera (PERHEBAT). In 2009, we have successfully conducted ‘Train & Place’ on security program for youth organized by the Ministry of Human Resource.

MALSEC also partners with professional organizations such as Asean Professional Security Association (APSA), Negeri Sembilan Skills Development Centre (NSSDC), Perbadanan Hal Ehwal Angkatan Tentera (PERHEBAT), Open University (OU) & Asia E University (AeU) and other credible solution providers to provide innovative programs to meet the customers’ requirements.

Our clientele is made up of a broad spectrum of both public and private sectors seeking a variety of security, health and safety training solutions. We provide high educational and enrichment training program designed to promote individual growth for employment, ongoing success and challenging training experience.

We have trained participants from Singapore, Brunei, China, and the Middle East as well as from Vietnam besides the serving and retired military personnel, Auxiliary Police Personnel and all levels of security practitioners from numerous organizations.

Through our partnership programs, we have developed programs such as Certificate in Security Management Program and Executive Diploma in Security Management for aspiring security practitioners in the industry.
