Radiant Institute of Technology (RIT), a not-for-profit organization, aims ‘To create a pool of highly-motivated and quality-conscious Trainers & Resource Persons in India for improving the employability of youth, entering into or already employed in the Industrial & Service Sector Workforce.
Through skilling, reskilling and upskilling in disciplines appropriate to present day technologies.’ These trained trainers, in turn, would train the youth, entering or already employed in the Indian industry’s workforce.
RIT is presently focused on Training of Trainers (ToT) programs in manufacturing and service trades that are customized and industry-specific including Machining.
CNC & Conventional, Electrical Trades and Tailoring. The training is all-encompassing including Trade specific Technical Know-How, Soft & Life Skills and Pedagogy.
