The Autodesk Inventor: Introduction for Experienced 3D CAD Users course is intended for users with prior 3D modeling design experience in other 3D CAD software packages (e.g., CATIA, Pro/ENGINEER®, Creo Parametric, NX, SolidWorks, etc.) who need to learn Autodesk Inventor.

Users transitioning from 2D software packages (e.g., AutoCAD®, MicroStation) to Inventor should refer to the Autodesk Inventor Introduction to Solid Modeling course.

The Autodesk Inventor: Introduction for Experienced 3D CAD Users training has been designed so that users, who have prior 3D modeling design experience but are new to Autodesk Inventor, can benefit from a shorter, introductory-level, accelerated course.

This hands-on, practice-intensive curriculum provides instructions on how to use Inventor modeling tools while leveraging your knowledge of 3D CAD modeling strategies from other 3D CAD software. This course focuses on creating models from conceptual sketching through to solid modeling, assembly design, and drawing production.
