Subjects include: Passports and Visas, Tickets, Hand/Hold baggage, Seating Methods, Check-in Procedures, Boarding and Announcements, Arrivals, Flight Disruption and assisting passengers who may have special requirements.
Please note that students have to be aged 18 by course completion date
