Sinhgad College of Nursing (SCON) was established in the year 2004 with the aim to provide baccalaureate level quality education in nursing. The laurels were added to its glory with the commencement of Post Basic B Sc nursing program for the practicing nurses with GNM preparation in 2006-07 and post graduation in Nursing in 5 specializations of nursing in 2009
The BSc nursing degree program is a four-year full-time program comprising of eight semesters, which prepares BSc nursing graduates to practice nursing and midwifery in either public or private health care settings.
B.Sc. Nursing course is offered by Holy Family Institute of Nursing Education. The institute offers an educational programme that keeps abreast of the latest developments in medical science and state-of-the-art nursing practices.
General Nursing And Midwifery (GNM) course is offered by SGL Nursing College. The mission of the SGL Nursing College is to promote excellence in teaching, research and service and to prepare professional nurses of international repute. We aim to develop leaders in nursing practice.
