From your first year, you’ll explore the cultural, economic, environmental and sustainable factors that underpin the world of fashion while learning practical techniques that you can utilise in many roles. These include drape, fabric manipulation, constructed textile, pattern cutting, garment manufacture and trailers.
During this fashion course, you’ll learn how to take the concepts you design through drawing and illustration work and create marketable products. Additionally, you’ll study media, photography and styling, portfolio presentation and computer-aided design.
By the time you graduate from this fashion degree, you’ll have developed industry expertise through a work placement as well as a range of transferable skills that will make you a top candidate for a range of roles in the fashion industry.
