Students will conduct research and analysis of information to form independent judgements through reflection, evaluation, and presentation. They will also be exposed to professional design practices and guided to contextualise design within global, social, and cultural frameworks. Students also engage with industry partners for collaborative projects, attend talks, and participate in both local and overseas competitions.
Students will undergo internships with various advertising, social media marketing, packaging, publication, and exhibition companies.

In 1990 Established as Kolej Swasta Bandar Utama (KSBU) in 6 units of 4-storey shop-offices in Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Franchised UK Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes from Nottingham Polytechnic (now Nottingham Trent University) and Anglia Polytechnic (now Anglia Ruskin University) with agreement for our successful students to enrol into the final year of their relevant honours degree programmes.
The program focuses on technical knowledge and practical skills in the areas of graphic arts including photography, multimedia and illustration. It also focuses on studying through studios, research and computer-based design.
Our program aims to train students in various skillsets such as graphic design, animation, concept design, storyboarding, typography, composition, video production, art direction and cinematography, and prepare a new generation of visual designers.
The course will equip students with the skills, experience, and confidence in their own abilities to face the highly-demanding and volatile graphic industry. modules include a range of subjects, from illustration, 3D graphics, film, photography, digital art, to animation.
The programme is specially designed for individuals who wants to equip themselves with both academic and practical knowledge, skills and competencies in product design. This comprehensive programme will prepare them for rewarding careers as professional graphic designers.
