Bachelor in Fashion Design with Marketing (Hons)

At management and science university, we provide a dynamic, supportive environment for the cultivation and development of fashion artistry that will put you at the forefront of the fashion industry. You will design and construct garments that reflect the physical, aesthetical, and social needs of contemporary fashion, translate ideas from theory into practice, from paper into object, and from fabric into garment.

Courses in technical, creative, and contextual subjects will teach you to be articulate, meticulous, and thoughtful, and develop your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Your fashion sense and techniques will be further enhanced by the knowledge and experience of our lecturers and the practical training ensures you will be ready to forge into this dynamic and competitive industry.

Entry Requirements

• i. Pass STPM/ A Level with at least full pass in 2 subjects or equivalent with PNGK 2.00; or
• ii. Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least gred B in 5 5 subjects; or
• iii. Pass recognised Matriculation/ Foundation with minimum PNGK 2.00; or
• iv. Diploma from any HEP with minimum PNGK 2.00; or
• v. Others equivalent qualification recognised by Malaysian Government;
• Pass in interview/ drawing test organised by MSU.

Renewal Approval Must be READ TOGETHER with Amendment/ Addition of Entry Requirement Approval (s) as follows:

Amendment/ Addition Number One (1):

Entrance Qualification Amendment/ Addition (JPT/BPP(U)1000-801/33/Jld.26(13), dated 1 November 2016):

• i. Pass STPM or equivalent with at least Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in 2 subjects; or
• ii. Pass A-Level with at least Grade C (2.00) in 2 subjects; or
• iii. Pass STAM (rank Jayyid); or
• iv. Pass Matriculation / Foundation with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; or
• v. Pass from the MSU Foundation with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; or
• vi. Pass UEC with at least grade B in 5 subjects; or
• vii. Pass Diploma in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; or
