Who We Are

We train students to excel in real-world scenarios in the hospitality industry. Attached with a 4-star hotel in Kanchipuram district, our institute offers live training in various important aspects of the course including, but not limited to, front desk experience, restaurant management, housekeeping training and state-of-the-art cooking labs.

Founders Message

Mr.SPN SathyaMoorthy, Founder of Sathyam International Institute of Hotel Management was born in Pudukottai dt. After completing his graduation he started his career as Businessman. With all his Efforts & Hard work he started a Star Hotel in the brand called Sathyam. With all his continuous efforts, he slowly established star hotels all over Tamilnadu & according to him, establishing is a continuous process.

With his vision, he understood that Education is the Basis of all progress. Lack of trained manpower in the Hotel Industry & in its Related Industries is one the reason that made him step into the field of Education.

Infrastructure Highlights

• Elite Classrooms

  Equipped with the latest teaching aids, our air-conditioned classrooms with WIFI facility are of international standards. Our students are well-trained in the theoretical part of the course in order to execute the practical part without any hitch. Audio-visual tools augment the classroom training courses and we invite our students to present on various topics to ensure they learn how to handle a large room from a podium. By sowing the seeds of passion and ambition, we are quite certain that our students will go on the become leaders in the hospitality segment.

• Culinary Labs

  Sathyam boasts of spacious culinary labs with indigenous and imported culinary tools to supplement the culinary learning. We have specialized vegetable carving labs where the students learn to create art through vegetable carving. There are also sophisticated bakery labs with various equipment to train the students on the basics of procedures, ingredients and techniques used in baking and confectionery making. To top it off, we also provide a world-class bartending setup for bartending training.

• On-Site Training

  A 4-star hotel is present in-campus for on-site training in various aspects of the hospitality industry. The course includes training on posture, grooming etiquette and communication skills to handle front-office or reception desk requirements. We provide up-to-date booking, payment and communication systems in a reception desk model for polishing their skills. We also provide housekeeping training in a leading resort and multi-cuisine restaurant dining room for learning to manage dining room operations.

  The torch-bearers of our commitment to teaching the students with the ins and outs of the hospitality industry are our teaching staff who are industry experts with global experience. They are passionate about their craft and translate the enthusiasm in the classroom to ensure the students go on to excel in their arena. We also arrange for talks and presentations by leading industry experts who provide great insight into the intricate workings of the hospitality industry on an international scale.

• Placement and Training

  We have tied-up with leading star-hotels to provide industrial training and live-exposure. We also assist the students to procure part-time jobs or internship programmes if required. We organize overseas placement opportunities and prospects in prestigious firms in the travel and tourism sector. We also provide free spoken foreign language classes. The placement cell also organizes seminars, workshops and personality development courses with special emphasis on group-discussions and mock-interviews.

• Low Fees and Easy Instalments

  With the intention of making sure that the various opportunities are available to everyone in society, we charge a very low fee for world-class infrastructure with the option of payments in instalments. We also provide separate hostels for boys and girls at a low additional cost which are clean, hygienic and well-furnished. We provide free tablets to students to augment their education with various digitally available books and videos related to the hospitality industry. We also provide scholarship assistance for deserving candidates.
