Bachelor of Technology - Computer Science & Engineering

JG University's School of Engineering B.Tech-Computer Science and Engineering is a 4-year, 8-semester programme designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge of computer science and information technology and prepare them to be industry ready.

The curriculum covers topics such as programming languages, web design, algorithms, operating systems, computer architecture, computer networks, database systems, network and information security, web technologies, software engineering, network and information security, mobile application development, and cloud computing.

The faculty members are highly experienced professionals and experts who bring practical experience and perspectives to the classroom. The programme prioritizes experiential learning, through internships, capstone projects, and other hands-on opportunities. The programme emphasizes developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. which are essential in the IT field.

Eligibility:

• The students seeking admission in the B.Tech-Computer Science & Engineering.
• Shall have passed the HSC examination (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized board with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• The candidate must have obtained the following minimum aggregate marks (grand total) at the above qualifying exam.
• For open-category candidates 45%
• For reserved category candidates 40%
