JG University's School of Engineering B.Tech-Computer Science and Engineering and B.Tech-Information and Technology are 4-year, 8-semester programmes designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge of computer science and information technology and prepare them to be industry ready.

The curriculum covers topics such as programming languages, Web Designing, Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, Computer NetworksDatabaseSystem, Web Technologies, Software Engineering, Network and Information Security, Mobile App Development, and Cloud Computing. Eligibility:

• The students seeking admission in the B.Tech - Information Technology
• Shall have passed the HSC examination (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized board with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• The candidate must have obtained the following minimum aggregate marks (grand total) at the above qualifying exam.
• For open-category candidates 45%
• For reserved category candidates 40%
