Brent Costigan is the founder, owner and President of KMC Safety Solutions based out of London, Ontario Canada. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree from Heriot Watt University.
This confined space awareness course will provide participants with the information needed to understand the potential hazards of working in these spaces and the elements necessary to control those hazards prior to entry.
All Workers that are involved with Confined Spaces must have training. This course will cover the aspects required to conduct confined space entries while following the Ontario ministry of Labour O. Reg 632/05 Confined Spaces Regulations.
This course provides basic fall protection training to work in areas with potential fall hazards. Participants will engage in hands-on training activities, including inspecting, fitting, adjusting and connecting fall protection systems and components.
Working at Height Training outlines the requirements for training programs that are submitted to the Chief Prevent Officer (CPO), for approval.
Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to understand the regulations that address fall protection, identify risks, and fall hazards, and describe safe work procedures to prevent falls on site. Valid for 3 years.
