Master the skills to make bakery-quality bagels at home in this small-group, hands-on bagel making class in Forge’s bakery. Mixing and shaping, boiling and baking - during this two hour session, you will engage in every part of the bagel making process. You’ll come away understanding what makes bagels unique from other breads.
During our break, we will sample Forge’s own various bagel flavors with a platter of spreads and toppings.

Prior to opening Bloc, Tucker and Jen had considered a small in-house baking program in the basement of Diesel or a commissary to have creative control over all the items they served. Opening Bloc took over and another 7 years quickly passed before they opened Forge Baking Company in October of 2014.
That same year, they took on an additional 5000 square feet to move all of the kitchens into one location and build out a training lab and a dedicated workshop.
It's really not as scary as you may think...a few little tweaks and tricks and all your Rocky Mountain High baked goods will be perfectly delicious! We'll be perfecting Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies, an amazing Pumpkin Ginger Loaf and an air-leavened Lemon Sponge Cake.
Bring the whole gang and join us for a hands-on, festive family baking class at Lincoln Square! Children ages 6 and older are invited to bake an assortment of holiday confections with their parents, families or guardians.
