Baking and Cake Decoration Offered By The Cooking Kitchen
DurationOur classes are 120 min (2 hours) long, giving us time to prepare the dish as well as taste each element - the best part.
All recipes are supplied in the class making it easy to replicate at home.
We offer cooking classes for adults and children as Fun social workshops, extra mural activities or parties. We have 12 fully equipped cooking stations.
For our fairies, butterflies and flowers mini cake class we will bake and decorate mini cakes.
Cake Decoration course is offered by Bakers Corner where you will learn how to bake and decorate.
This interesting workshop includes a total of 4 lessons comprising of 2 hours each (8 hours in total). The class can either be completed in a single day or over 2 mornings.
Gill is a qualified Cordon Bleu Chef who after making a few Special Occasion cakes and Wedding cakes for friends fell in love with the sweeter side of life and decided to specialise in Patisserie and Sugar Art work.
During this class we explore various different methods of working with buttercream which is extremely trendy at the moment in the Wedding cake industry. During this class you will put together a 3 tier cake using different techniques with buttercream.
