DurationOur classes are 120 min (2 hours) long, giving us time to prepare the dish as well as taste each element - the best part.
All recipes are supplied in the class making it easy to replicate at home.
We offer cooking classes for adults and children as Fun social workshops, extra mural activities or parties. We have 12 fully equipped cooking stations.
Under the expert guide of the Lindt Master Chocolatier you create your own Lindt Chocolate Cake from start to finish
This interesting workshop includes a total of 4 lessons comprising of 2 hours each (8 hours in total). The class can either be completed in a single day or over 2 mornings.
Fancy Cake Course students may join at any one time and complete all 8 lessons at a reduced rate of R4500.00 for all 8 lessons or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per individual lesson.
We offer regular cake baking and decorating cooking classes.
Develop your skills working with fondant and gum paste! Learn essential techniques, such as covering a cake with fondant, cutting shapes and even painting on fondant.
