We're excited to launch a robust online version of our signature cooking camps using LIVE, interactive Zoom lessons. Designed to provide children ages 6 to 15 the opportunity to gather together from the comforts of home as we have fun together in the Kitchen.
Limited-size live classes are full of excitement and connection, featuring two recipes each day. We'll master new kitchen skills from reading recipes and measuring wet/dry ingredients to knife skills as we work our way towards Kitchen independence. Get ready for some kitchen fun - this will be the highlight of your week!

Learn to bake like the pros as we master the perfect techniques for Handmade Breads, Pies, Pastries, Cookies & Cupcakes! Each day we’ll learn a new baking skill from cutting in butter for our delicate Berry Scones, to perfecting a pie crust for our gorgeous Rustic Fruit Tart, and kneading dough for our signature Pizza Cupcakes. And like all our offerings, we’ll whip up both savory and sweet to keep our budding chefs cheering!
All recipes are vegetarian. If your family has food allergies, many recipes can be easily adjusted in your home to fit gluten-free, dairy-free or egg-free needs!

Well, here it is! a Sports Bar food kind of night! and because there is baking and cooking involved – you will have 2 instructors! Javi in charge of the breads and Chef Shelby of the burgers and sauce.
Join Chef Rick and Chef Suzanne for an exciting evening of soups, chowder, and bread making. In this class, you will learn how to create seafood chowder, lemon and rice soup, and artichoke velvet chowder. Bread includes a yummy biscuit and basic yeast bread.
Learn how to make our "Simply Sourdough" -- a great starter loaf-- and leave with our century old starter, "Green Valley Simple Leavening" and care instructions.
