Just as the toddler stage passes, this class is specifically designed for the milestone of 3 year olds.
Dancers are introduced to the fundamentals of ballet while working on improving alignment, strength, and flexibility. Classes run all dance year for 45 minutes a week, with a year-end recital routine.
Pointe does not begin at any specific age or level, but depends on the strength of students. It is a technique associated with Ballet that involves balance and being able to support all of your weight on the tips of fully extended feet.Â
