Our ballet programme is based on the Russian (Vaganova) method. All new students are placed in a level that will be challenging but will allow for maximum growth and improvement of the dancer.
Ballet Dance Lessons are offered by Sue Cook Dance Studio for all ages and skill level. Sue Cook and Sarah Shipley are internationally accredited dance instructors with over 30 years of teaching experience.
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best.
We understand that not all people prefer formal ballet structures, but still want to dance to relax. Therefore, our Love for Dance classes are for those who love to dance and want to explore other dance genres like Contemporary and Musical Theater Foundations.
