Course Details

The Credit Skills Professional for Graduate Trainee is a Comprehensive total of 8 days which can be staggered into 4 + 4 days non stretchable but breakout into two sessions inclusive of   Overall Credit Skills Assessment for SME Bankers.

The participants will go through a total of 7 modules of credit parameters of lending. Each module, participants will be assessed to gauge their knowledge, skills and attitude towards business credit. All participants are required to pass all the modules

 

The certificates of achievement will be signed by Head of Business Banking:

  • Gold Award Certificate: 75% consistent across all modules
  • Silver Award Certificate: 65- 74% average
  • Bronze Award Certificate: 50 – 64% average
  • Below Average: Area for coaching & Development: 45% and below
