Skills include: victim assessment, rescue breathing, adult CPR, choking and how to recognize/respond to external bleeding, heart attack and stroke.

This course involves an online course + classroom training.
The classroom portion of the course will consist of 7.5 hours and must be completed within 6 weeks of completing the online portion.
Our Emergency First Aid Course offers an overview of First Aid and CPR skills for workplaces or home use.
The MHFA Canada program aims to improve mental health literacy, and provide the skills and knowledge to help people better manage potential or developing mental health problems in themselves, a family member, a friend or a colleague.
This course teaches the participant how to approach and manage medical emergencies and provide care to the patient until EMS arrives.
