This course is aimed at staff who serve food or do minimal amounts of food preparation. The content is similar to that of a level 2 food hygiene certificate without some of the kitchen management elements. Delegates will learn about the law, contamination. Food poisoning, personal precautions, food storage & preparation, cooking & service, temperature control & pest control.
