This full day clinical workshop is targetted at nurses wishing to update their knowledge on wound care or develop new skills. The course goes into detail about various types of wound, discusses wound healing and problems leading to wound stalling and chronic wounds.
This session is aimed at nursing staff wishing to refresh and update their knowledge on pain. The pathophysiological mechanisms of the main types of pain are revised including on a discussion on chronic pain and the pain ladder.
