Delegates will practice applying the MUST tool to case examples, monitor fluid intake and develop appropriate care plan interventions in conjunction with relevant MDT based on results. The course provides a wealth of practical advice on person centered approaches to overcome barriers to adequate nutrition and hydration.

Candidates will learn about individual nutritional requirements and specific standards and recommendations applying to catering for different groups of people. It will enable candidates to plan well-balanced meals and have a positive impact on health.
