Basic Life Support & Anaphylaxis

This will ensure delegates gain the knowledge to safely handle a range of first aid situations including CPR and managing anaphylaxis.

Description

This will benefit delegates by providing high quality theoretical knowledge on the management of anaphylaxis and provide the practical competencies needed to provide Basic Life Support (BLS).

Learning Outcomes

• Be able to manage an unresponsive casualty who is breathing normally

• Be able to manage an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally

• Know how to recognise and manage a casualty with anaphylaxis

• Demonstrate correct CPR and AED technique

• Understand and demonstrate appropriate medication management

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking please do so as soon as possible to avoid any charges. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee on a sliding scale as follows: within 24 hours of start time we will charge 100% of the course fee. 48 hr – 24hours before we will charge 50% of the course fee. If you wish to reschedule your booking we are happy to do this free of charge up to 48hrs before the course start date.
