Module content includes:
Anaphylaxis recognition and management
ABCDE assessment
Chest compressions and rescue breath
Chest compression only CPR
Using an automated external defibrillator (AED)
Entry requirements
Confirmation of support from your line manager.
Completion of this training satisfies the required CPR and anaphylaxis prerequisites for the Vaccination & Immunisation New Starters training.
Assessment
Formative assessment takes place within the practical session and during discussions.
