Basic Life Support (BLS) Course

BLS is designed to equip anyone with essential knowledge of CPR, AED usage, and fundamental life-saving techniques. It is frequently administered in non-hospital settings and may not necessarily be carried out by a medical practitioner.

AHA Approved BLS Training is designed to be a lifeline, ensuring that healthcare professionals possess the skills required to respond swiftly and effectively in critical situations. This program adheres to the rigorous standards set by the American Heart Association, making it the gold standard.

This training programme is designed for individuals who are healthcare providers (in and out of hospital), public safety professionals in a variety of occupational settings, or individuals enrolled in healthcare and public safety career training pro- grammes who require BLS training.

The AHA’s BLS Course provides the foundation for saving lives from cardiac arrest. It teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics.

During any medical emergency it is very critical to save lives in the first 3 to 5 minutes. Many lives are lost due to wasting time waiting for the ambulance and other trained personnel. The golden hour if utilised properly can save a lot of life.
