She has first-hand experience on the wards as well as in the community, rising to the role of Care Manager. The passion for training emanated from the day-to-day experience of managing community care workers.

Whose competences are solely driven by ongoing training. With that in mind, Ms Syeda went on to become a trained trainer through various certified training companies.
