Our strategy
Our trust has launched a new five year strategy to support the wellbeing of people of all ages across Surrey and north east Hampshire.
Our Strategy is centred on delivering high quality care across all our services: mental health, learning disability, neurodevelopmental and drug and alcohol. At the heart of our strategy is our determination to put the people who use our services at the centre of everything we do and to deliver the right support at the right time and as close to home as possible.
To deliver on our strategy, we have set six strategic ambitions, for a better life:
Providing high-quality care: delivering brilliant basics everywhere and providing support early on and as close to home as possible to help people recover and stay well.
Have a valued and inclusive workforce: being a compassionate and inclusive organisation that supports employees' health and wellbeing and invests in talent and career development.
Strengthen involvement with people, carers, and families: empowering the voices of people who use the trust's services, their carers and families to help us to continue to improve and develop.
Making the best use of resources: making sure the trust is financially viable and aware of its impact on - and kinder to - the environment.
Working in partnership: being bold and creative to lead system change with partners and reduce health inequalities across Surrey and north east Hampshire.
Be a learning organisation: being a beacon for innovation helping employees to grow and learn and embed quality improvement in all we do.

This course focuses on basic life support skills such as scene safety, initial casualty assessment and CPR, taught through instructor led theory sessions, video presentations and and plenty of skill practice.
This enjoyable and highly practical course is designed to provide the skills and knowledge to confidently deal with a situation that requires CPR or use of a Defibrillator (AED). This very practical course will enable you to use the AED competently and with confidence.
As professionals who have a wealth of experience working within the healthcare sector, we pride ourselves in teaching best practice guidance. We established in 2010 and BANK Training Ltd has grown to become one of the UK’s leading training providers in Health and Social Care.
Automated External Defibrillators (AED’s) are now becoming more common throughout a range of public and work places. A casualty’s survival rate will dramatically increase if an AED is available and if you have appropriately qualified personnel to use it.
Work in the healthcare sector? You've got a responsibility to ensure that you or your staff are competent in the current practices that conform to the Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines in place through a Basic Life Support course covering CPR and AED use. We can help with our BLS course!
