Basic Scaffold Inspection Training

Aim

To enable delegates to effectively manage scaffolding contractors / scaffolding work and to carry out statutory workplace inspections of scaffolds

Objectives

By the end of the training delegates will :-

• Understand the regulations and guidance applicable to scaffolding.
• Know the Company procedures for controlling scaffolding work.
• Be able to carry out a scaffold inspection.
• Know the frequency of inspections required and the reporting system.

Site managers / supervisors and other staff responsible for managing scaffolding work or for carrying out scaffold inspections.
