The bass guitar is used for many styles of music, such as pop, jazz, and rock. It plays much lower tones than the guitar, which is why it’s used to play low musical sounds called “bass lines” in songs.

Guitar music class is offered by The Arts Center for All.We have this training for all our students after they are able to read music without hesitation. These abilities develop your eyes, ears, and brain fully with good balance.
Whether you want to play blues guitar, classical mandolin, or sing-along ukulele, there are plenty of opportunities to learn at CMC.
Students learn the basics of classical guitar (string names, finger positions, hand coordination), musical alphabet, theory and fundamentals using the guitar as a starter instrument. Students will increase fine motor skills and learn transferable musical skills in this accessible first entry class
