ITEC offers one of the largest beauty qualification portfolios including qualifications for employability, specialist subjects and skills enhancement leading to Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

The Beauty Therapy ITEC qualification commences at Level 2 to allow access to those that have successfully completed Grade 9. This three-year qualification offers the prospective student an opportunity to gain theoretical, practical and integrated college and industry work experience thereby ensuring readiness for employment.
The qualification offers a structured work placement component. After each level the students will acquire various new skills sets and competencies whilst building on previously acquired knowledge and experience.

Diploma for Beauty Specialist training is offered by Beauty Academy International for all skill level. At Beauty Academy International we place our Emphasis on individual attention by offering training in small classes.
Students must undergo a course of at least 600 hours of training including self study in practical and theoretical work. 300 Hours of practical work, either in class, salon and or home salon need to be completed and recorded before the exam.
During the first year the focus will be placed on topics like facial skin care therapy, facial electrical treatments, eyebrow & eyelash grooming, manicure & pedicure, waxing & basic make-up. This course encompasses theoretical and practical training in certain aspects of body treatments and therapy including body measurements, body alignment and movement, active and passive muscle testing, exercise, Body Electricals, figure diagnosis, and Body Electrotherapy.
