In this Beginner level class, we'll work our way through sewing a tote bag from start to finish. You'll learn basic sewing techniques along the way (choosing fabric, cutting your pieces, constructing your project, adding details, and finishing your tote bag) and have the chance to customize your project to make it uniquely you!
We'll meet three times for two hours each and all sewing materials are included. You can work on our studio machines (Brother CS6000i) or bring your own machine to work on.
Cut & Sew is a modern quilt shop and sewing studio that offers sewing classes and workshops for kids and adults in Northwest Philadelphia. We serve our community's children through after-school clubs, homeschool lessons, workshops during school breaks, and camps over the summer.
