Private one-on-one instruction is available at a set rate for beginning weavers, and hourly for more specific needs. (Call to discuss) Students may bring their own loom or use a loom in the shop. There are limitations on shop loom use if group classes are upcoming.
Description Over the last 10 years, Hitofude has come up in conversation again and again. It's long been on our "to knit list", and many of you have requested help with its unusual construction. We have often heard that those who knit it often make it more than once.
In this class you will learn how make several different styles of Dresden Plates and how to create a block to be used in a quilt. Bring your own fabric to use to make your Dresden samples.
Learn the basic foundation stitches and grow your crochet skills. From the absolute beginner to the person that needs a refresher. This is a great starting point for nailing the foundation of the craft. If you practice what is taught in this class, then you're off to an amazing start!
This class is for students who already know how to cast on, the knit, purl stitch and binding off. We will not be teaching those in this class.
One of Juli’s favorite things in the quilting world is to teach others to perfect their skills. Juli is available for private in-studio lessons or teaching a group at your church, temple, guild, or community center. All you need is the desire and your imagination.
